"PERFECT SERENITY" by Dalhart Windberg--Limited Edition,  this print was never offered to the public at issue, you had to be a member of the Windberg Collector's Society to purchase, this one was signed and numbered by the aritist and is # 76/WCS  (Windberg Collector Society) instead of a set number in the edition, this was published either in late 1995 or early 1996, the image size is 12" X 24" and truly a great find for a Windberg collector and priced at $550.00
