If a sign is not dated we make no attempt to "guess" the age as alot of newer abused signs appear older than they actually are. If it is dated we will mention that otherwise you will have to make your own judgment as to age. We rate each sign as to condition on a scale of 1-10 and this will be our "opinion" of condition, your opinion may differ so look at the photo's carefully and judge for yourself. The scale is as follows::
10. mint in box qualtiy
9. just under mint with very minor imperfections
8. light scratches, minor dents, bends, light edge rusting
7. heavier scratching, flaking, light dents,pitting & rust spots. light fading
6. very noticable damage or deterioration

GOOCH'S FEEDS WALL SIGN--$125.00--measures 35" X 30", has a 1 inch flange edge all way around it with predrilled holes on each end of the flange on top and on bottom, it has a few dents on the flange edge, a couple of BB or pellet wounds just outside of the S, it has great color and graphics. Pick up item. On a scale of 1-10 this rates 8.75+. Item number A-163
















DR.PEPPER "DRINK A BITE TO EAT" & "GOOD FOR LIFE" WALL SIGN--$275.00 pick up price or $292.00 which includes insured Priority shipping. Dr. Pepper used "Drink a Bite to Eat" from 1920's into the 1940's and they used the "Good for Life" in the 30's and 40's so this sign is from the 30's/40's time frame, it is embossed, it has extra nail holes from the years of use, it has some light surface rust mostly on the edges, it has a few minor bends, it has it's share of scratches and blemishes that an old used sign has, a little rough along the bottom, everything to make it a great old sign, the color and the graphics are still real good. On a 1-10 scale this is 7.5 and the item number is A-216        4lb.

LARGE, DATED COCA COLA SIGN--$250.00 pick up price--measures 70 1/2" X 35", dated 1946 in lower right corner, this sign could be shipped UPS (too large for USPS) which is expensive, we can calculate the cost upon request to your address. This sign has led a full and active life as indicated by the scratches, blemishes, scuffs, extra nail holes, dents, bends, rust spots, dings and everything else that makes up a great old sign, the red background does not show up alot of the dings and dents
the date is bold and easily read, the color and graphics are good, there is some discoloration on the red as seen as a stain in the first photo but not bad, it just needs a large space on a wall, would be fantastic for a BBQ restaurant. Item number A-218


















DATED LARGE GOODYEAR TIRES SIGN--$225.00--measures 36" X 60" with flange edges, it is a one sided sign dated '81, the flange edge has dents which is expected of a used sign, it has scratches, blemishes and stains, it has 4 mounting holes on the face and alot of nail holes around the flange for mounting on a frame, on a 1-10 scale this rates 7.5+. Priced as a pick up item.









MOBIL PREMIUM PUMP PLATE SIGN--$139.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--this is porcelain, measures 12" X 13 3/4" with small chips on the edge and one larger chip (3/4") in the M of premium. On a scale of 1-10 this is 8.5, item number is A-209.

BEECH*NUT CHEWING TOBACCO SIGN--$180.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--measures 19" X 11",has 10 predrilled mounting holes, some rust spots on the edge, it has scratches, scuffs, blemishes and dents, the back has be whitewashed, it has so much character and history that makes it a great sign. On a 1-10 scale this is 7.5+, item number is A-190.      2 lb.

WILDROOT HAIR TONIC WALL SIGN--$187.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--measures 9 3/4" X 27 3/4", has a self framed edge, it is embossed, it is marked Spiller Sign Co, Batavia, N. Y., it is dated but can't make out the last number but you can read 194 so it's from the 1940's, it has the usual scratches, scuffs, rubs and blemishes found on used signs but still in fine condition, on a scale of 1-10 this is 8 and the item number is A-201             2 lb.

WAYNE FEEDS WALL SIGN--$120.00 includes insured Priority shipping--it measures 17 1/2" X 35 1/2", it is a Donasco made sign, has 8 predrilled mounting holes, has good color and graphics, a few blemishes and scratches mostly around the edge. Rates 8 /8.5, item number A-86

GRAPETTE WALL THERMOMETER--$145.00 includes insured Priority shipping--it measures 16 1/2" X 4 1/2", the Grapette bottle is embossed, a few dings, a slight bend in upper left, in good working condition, the tube in intacy, mercury is intact made by the Donaldson Art Sign Co. in Cov. Ky., stated on the bottom is 275-G.   Rates 8, item number A-202.

DAD'S ROOT BEER THERMOMETER--$140.00 includes insured Priority shipping--it measures 27" X 7 1/8", good working condition, has lots of scratches, blemishes and a little surface rust, lots of character, the cap and Root Beer are embossed, no dents or bends except a few one the flange edge which have no effect on the thermometer. Rated 7.25, item number A-203

DATED BOSCH SPARK PLUG WALL SIGN--$108.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--measures 10" X 23 3/4", dated 1977, embossed, it is a Scioto made sign from Kenton Ohio and in excellent condition rating a 9.5, item number A-197

NEBRASKA FARM BUREAU REWARD SIGN--$35.00 includes insured Priority shipping, it is rusted off on this sign but on a twin sign it's stated, a Scioto Sign from Kenton Ohio, dated 1974, it measures 11" X 14". Rates 7.75, item number is A-206.

WELLS LAMONT GLOVES INDOORS WALL SIGN--55.00--measures 12" X 36", a two sided sign, this is  masonite with a hard slick finish on it, good color and graphics. Graded 8.5 on both sides. Item number A-162.   4 lb.

A PAIR OF CHESTERFIELD CIGARETTE STRIP SIGNS-$65.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--one measures 2 1/4" X 20" the other 2 1/4" X 19 1/2", each have 6 predrilled mounting holes, each are about equal in the scratches, blemishes and wear so on a 1-10 scale each is rated 8. Item number A-14.

DEKALB SEED CORN SACK-$20.00 which includes shipping-this sack measures 36" X 17 1/2" and is in excellent condition, on scale of 1-10 this is 9+. Item number A-118

COCA COLA POCKET PENCIL SHARPNER--$30.00 which includes shipping--measures 1 3/4" X 1/2" diameter, has some paint loss from years of use but it still works good and it is cast iron and it goes back to the 40's for sure. Item number A-131

ORANGE CRUSH FLANGE SIGN--$145.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--this sign measures 12" X 18" with a 2" flange, in excellent condition, I don't have a clue as to age if any, there's no sign of age or wear. On a 1-10 scale this is 9+.

UNION COAL CO. THERMOMETER--$145.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--measures 11 1/2" X 3 1/16", it is wood, it has 3 digit phone numbers, made by Stanwood Mfg. Co in Boston, Mass, it reminds you to buy coal at 40 degrees, and check out the fabulous old metal hardware holding the tube in, the liquid in the tube has a small seperation but appears to be working okay. In great condition, on a scale of 1-10 this is an 8.5.  Item number is A-217

SHEFFIELD WIRE PRODUCTS SIGN--$115.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--measures 22 1/2" X 48", thin painted metal, lots of scratches, paint not as bright as when new, has 6 maker made mounting holes and 3 or 4 extra holes not maker made, one sided, it has been washed and cleaned. BALSAM WOOL INSULATION PRODUCTS SIGN--$275.00 pick up or $307.00 which includes insured Priority shipping--measures 20" X 34", porcelain sign, one sided, has been washed and cleaned, has 10 mounting holes, has blemishes and wear normal to a used sign, 1 missing grommet top left and 1 missing right side, some small chipped spots, appears that someone may have touched up some spots on the edge, heavy, 11 lbs.
